We have super exciting news…
...earlier this year LINC-ED applied for the Vodafone xone, a startup accelerator and innovation programme backed by Vodafone. The xone aims to support kiwi tech entrepreneurs with an innovation hub to work from in the brand new Vodafone building in Christchurch's Innovation Precinct. This environment provides access to state of the art technology! In addition, world class mentorship, funding and networking is included in the Vodafone xone package. The New Zealand xone will be the 7th xone accelerator site around the world with bases including: Dusseldorf, Milan, Cairo, London and Silicon Valley. As proud Cantabrians we are thrilled that Christchurch will be the home for Vodafone's latest innovation hub!
With 170 applicants and considerably more interest for only 10 spaces, we were absolutely over the moon when we found out that LINC-ED is one of the successful companies!
We are really excited about what the Vodafone xone programme will mean for our company. LINC-ED is going from strength to strength and the interest in our software is flooding in. The team at LINC-ED is growing rapidly and, with Vodafone's support, LINC-ED aims to do for education what Xero has done for small business!
We are committed to the continued development of world class software that is making a real difference to both internal and external communications of children’s learning. As passionate educators and parents, that’s why we do what we do. It is our vision to make it easier and more meaningful for teachers and schools to share and track children’s learning with their families and whānau. Partnering with Vodafone will accelerate this vision!
